Client service agreement

These Terms govern the concierge and lifestyle services provided by Magen Concierge ("Company") to the Client. By engaging our services, the Client agrees to these terms.

1. Services

Magen Concierge provides personalized luxury concierge, travel, lifestyle, hospitality, event planning, transportation, dining, yacht, villa, and entertainment services based on the Client's requests. Services may involve both prepaid arrangements and expenses incurred on the Client's behalf.

2. Concierge management fee

The Client agrees to pay a daily management fee of €80 per day per individual or company account, unless a different fee or flat rate is agreed in writing. The daily fee begins on the day services are first provided and continues until the engagement is formally terminated by either party with written notice.

3. Authorization for charges

The Client must authorize all concierge-related purchases, reservations, upgrades, hospitality, transportation, food & beverage, yacht expenses, gratuities, and third-party services prior to processing. Authorization may be provided via:

• Email confirmation
• SMS / text message
• WhatsApp or approved messaging platform

Such communications constitute valid and binding authorization.

4. Card on file

The Client authorizes Magen Concierge to securely store and charge a valid credit card for all approved service-related expenses. Card details are collected separately through a secure payment link, never through this form.

5. Payment processing & rolling authorization

The Client authorizes Magen Concierge to process approved service-related charges. The Company will notify the Client via email or WhatsApp with a summary of charges before processing each increment. Once the Client has provided initial written approval for the services (as per Section 3), the Company may process these incremental charges using the card on file without requiring additional authorization for each batch.

6. Client responsibility

The Client is responsible for all services they request and approve, including third-party vendor charges. Certain bookings (yachts, villas, events, flights, etc.) may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees once confirmed. The Client is encouraged to review all booking terms carefully.

7. Payment disputes & chargebacks

The Client agrees not to dispute or initiate chargebacks for charges that were properly authorized via email, SMS, or messaging platforms. In the event of a dispute, Magen Concierge may provide relevant communications and records to the payment processor or financial institution as proof of authorization. The Client shall be liable for any fees, collection costs, or legal expenses resulting from unauthorized chargebacks.

8. Limitation of liability

Magen Concierge acts solely as a coordinator and arranger of services through independent third-party vendors. The Company shall not be liable for:

• Vendor performance, cancellations, or delays
• Injuries, damages, or losses caused by third parties
• Force majeure events (weather, strikes, mechanical issues, etc.)
• Any indirect or consequential losses

The Company's total liability shall not exceed the total management fees paid by the Client in the preceding 12 months.

9. Cancellation & termination

• The Client may terminate the engagement at any time with written notice.
• The daily management fee stops on the date of termination.
• Pre-booked services (yachts, villas, events, etc.) remain subject to the vendor's cancellation policy.
• No refund will be issued for management fees already earned.

10. General provisions

• These Terms may only be amended in writing.
• Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Israel.
• The Client confirms they are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter this agreement.

Acceptance of terms

By signing below, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Payment Authorizations.
